Alexis Dove Jewellery - Terms and Conditions

We hope that you are delighted with your jewellery purchase. All items will be posted by either recorded or special delivery, we regret at this time we are unable to take orders from overseas customers. Items purchased online will be subject to a refund minus the cost of postage provided that the items are recieved back in their original condition and packaging within seven days of delivery. This policy does not include earrings, which are non-returnable for hygene reasons or to any item which has been customised or personalised to order. We are also unable to accept any items which have been worn.

A partial refund (minus postages) will be made on return of the jewellery and only to the original credit card used to pay for the item. Customers are responsible for posting the items correctly by Royal Mail Special delivery.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged we will give an exchange or full refund, provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent. If you do not inform us within seven days of reciept of your goods, we shall not be liable for any items said to be faulty. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policy.

Please note that rings are made up for each order and may take a few extra days. If you get your size wrong we will charge a small fee of £10 to cover re-sizing and postage, this payment needs to be included with the ring when returned to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about how to get your correct size.

Alexis Dove Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion. This is owing to the growing number of fraudulent credit card transactions.

All photographs on this website are as representative of the items as possible, however some items may vary slightly as they are handmade and often incorporate natural beads and pearls.
